Keystone and
Breckenridge Mountain Resorts both received high marks from
Transworld Snowboarding’s 2012 Resort Poll. A51, Keystone’s main terrain park,
ranked 3rd among heavy hitters: Buttermilk, Snowmass, and
Whistler this year.
Breckenridge’s mix of groomers, tree skiing, backcountry, and park boosted it all
the way up to the number 6 place to ski in
North America. Keystone also received
the number 10 spot for best resorts. Both of these mountains are right in our
backyard (less than two hours) and tons of CU students head up to them every day.
